this is really a Five Star property but the constant heavy cigarette smoking on the 'non smoking floor' makes the place extremely undesirable for life long non smoker like me. i requested to change room and the management was very courteous and helpful but after 2 room changes the smoking around me continues. seems this is a recurring problem not just with this hotel but also all over China as heavy smoking, 24/7 seems to be a norm. i also learned that Non Smoking policy is generally not enforced, not surprisingly, i noted EVERY room on the Non Smoking Floor is provided with an ashtray. -:) again, fantastic property if you are a smoker. if not, avoid.

The sanitation is poor. There are dead cockroaches in the cabinet. Disposable slippers and bottled drinking water are not provided. The grass laying is old. The room smells. There are refrigerators, induction ovens and microwave ovens. It's convenient to go out and play freely. It's convenient to eat and shop around, but there is no catering in the hotel. The deposit cannot be collected in advance, but must be paid and refunded now. The night view of the high-rise urban area of the wine list is good.
