Not International Enough They allowed construction and lawn mowers to begin at 7am, which made it impossible to sleep in and put a big damper on our vacation. English speaking staff almost non-existent. This "International Hotel" and rating only applies to a Chinese rating system - in my opinion operates like a budget 2 star hotel. Also, the "15-minute walk" to West Lake is more like 40 mins if you want to go the decent park of the lake where you can eat and sight-see. Would recommend staying closer to the lake in a different hotel.

Room environment is acceptable but the hotel service quality is relatively mixed.

5 bed room floor is very unique architecture style of the Tang Dynasty, sloping roofs, window toward the roof, the room is small, but more than one person said, poking, bathroom shower only, no bathtub, sorry ~
4th floor standard room (feature Mountain View) The room was large, bathroom with shower and separate tub and toilet can remove the glass door, like side of bath and watch TV.
