The Shaanxi Women And Children Activity Center (Shanxishen Funuertong huodong Zhongxin) is a Shaanxi government venture. The hotel is close to the High-tech Development Area, about 15 kilometers from the city center and 20 kilometers from the railway station.
The hotel boasts 70 guestrooms and six deluxe suites. All are nicely decorated and equipped with central air-conditioning systems, international direct dial phones, satellite TVs and minibars. The hotel's chinese restaurant mainly serves Sichuan and Cantonese cuisine. There is also a coffee shop.
Guests on business can employ the hotel's five meeting rooms and banquet halls, the largest of which holds up to 200 people. For recreation, there is a gymnasium, karaoke and a children's center.
